Qualifications
- At
least
one
year
of
recent
verifiable
experience
- Must
pass
written
examination
in
area
of
expertise
- Current
applicable
license
in
state
where
working
- Clinically-based
employment
references
- Evidence
of
good
health
including
a
recent
physical
examination,
TB
screening,
Rubella,
Rubeola,
Mumps
and
Varicella
immunity.
- BCLS
certification
ACLS/NRP/PALS
as
applicable
Interview
You
will
be
interviewed
by
a
licensed
professional.
During
this
interview,
we'll
review
your
education,
work
history
and
skills competency.
You
can
also
expect
to
answer
questions
about
your
clinical
judgment,
organizational
ability,
decision-making,
as
well
as
your flexibility,
teamwork
and
stress
management
skills.
Skills
Matching
During
your
interview
we
will
assess
your
skill
levels
(including
areas
of
expertise
and
clinical
procedures)
as
well
as
your
ability
to
function
within
our
team-oriented
structure.
Reference
Checking
We
verify
all
clinical
references
before
we
make
a
hiring
decision.
We
do
this
by
getting
as
many
clinical
evaluations
by
direct
supervisors
as
possible
-
rather
than
settling
for
mere
employment
date
and
rehire
status
validation.
License
Verification
When
you

that

license
is
