"You feel like a VIP"

I have been with Across America for almost two years now, and I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that these are the most wonderful people to work for and with. I always could reach my recruiter, Kim Lawrence, and if on a rare occasion she wasn't available, there were other good friends, who knew me and my assignment personally, ready to help me out at the other end of the line. 

AAMS is a small enough company to be able to make you feel like a VIP and big enough to get you what you need, when you need it - and they have the drive to out-do the larger companies, where one can feel lost in the crowd. It's wonderful knowing you have friends you are working with that you can talk to when you are on the road, many times through uncharted waters. Their professionalism can't be beat and they always put together a package for me that is above and beyond the competition. 

Working for AAMS is a win/win for everyone...have fun traveling!

"They were there every step of the way"

Ordinarily, I don't do things like this. However, in this case, I believe a response is required. What can I say about Across America Med staffing? Not enough!

This company has seen my family and I through turbulent times. We had just come away from a bad experience with a travel company. I Had just about come to the conclusion that I needed to take a huge loss and go home and beg for my job back. I had no idea of where to turn or what else to do. During that time AAMS became a recurring name in the travel nursing boards I frequented with a great reputation. All of the people there did their best to encourage me and get me work to provide for my family. They were there every step of the way with all of the fine details and calling to check if everything was already. Kim, even went so far as to befriend my spouse and want to know my family.

I may not have gotten the most money, but I am sure that I had no worries while I was with this company. I have left only because the areas I traveled didn't have contracts with them (though I have note they are expanding their area). To Kim, Millie, Umika, and everyone else at AAMS whose names I have forgotten, you truly care about your travelers. I have met some of you and wish I could visit with all of you. I am no longer traveling now as I have gone permanent with my final travel assignment with AAMS which lasted 6 months. I am currently back with my original health care system, but a different hospital.

I hope this letter finds all of you there in AAMS doing well.

"I can't say enough"

Hey Kim..I would be happy to share my experience with the company thus far. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Across America staff and especially you.This is my first travel assignment with any company and prior to getting this assignment, at Bellflower, I was also working with another company in an attempt to get to a very specific area. You were far and above the more attentive, supportive and tenacious recruiter. I really feel supported and cared about by all of the staff and would highly recommend you to anyone interested in traveling. I feel that you are looking out for me in regards to the financial aspect of traveling, safe living environment and emotionally supportive.

"Part of the family"

I have traveled with several companies and AAMS is better than-the-average. Not only do you get a great recruiter , you also feel a part of a family with other folks in the company. The housing is great and the screening when you apply is daunting at first but they want to be sure the travel experience is safe and comfortable. The screening also can make AAMS nurses proud that "our" company doesn't just count warm bodies. They are family oriented and have helped my family outta some out of the ordinary situations.

Please consider AAMS and you will not be disappointed.

My overall experience with AAMS and with Kim Lawrence was wonderful. I traveled to Arizona from Rhode Island and entered a whole new world!! Kim and all the crew were with me EVERY STEP of the way and helped me negotiate the twists and turns with ease and confidence. The best part of AAMS is that every person is pleasant and available. If they are not able to answer any questions they will research and either call or email you back in a short period of time. Being a night worker, they were very cooperative with NOT calling during the day, but instead most correspondence was done via email per my preference. I am not longer traveling, but still highly recommend Kim and AAMS to any interested party.
